Todos Santos Beach House w/1 acre

I am helping a friend sell his place as he is relocating to the Caribbean after 20 years on the beach here in Todos Santos. It is a sweet little surf pad available for the 1st time ever. The house itself is rustic and needs updating (metal windows and doors need changing amongst other needed changes) but everything is currently functioning fine with the current owner living in it. It is a small 3 level A-frame house w/ 2 bedrooms set in in 1 acre (3998 m2) of titled land just off the beach. The gardens surrounding the house are lush, tropical, mature plants with cocos, citrus and many flowers bordering sandy paths that lead down to the beach. It is a private little oasis with absolute total privacy and views that will never be blocked. The house is exactly 6.4 miles from Todos Santos town center and just up the beach from the Villa Santa Cruz Hotel and beautiful waves at La Pastora. The top floor has the bedroom and a sitting area overlooking the gardens and out towards the beach and Pacific. The 2nd floor has the kitchen and bathroom and a large covered patio that feels like it sits right in the trees and has gorgeous ocean and sunset views with spectacular light filtering through the foliage. The bottom floor has a spare bedroom and bodega with groomed sandy paths leading around the house and to the beach. The house comes with .5 miliare of water per year from a legal well and this will be written into the title. Plenty of land to expand on. Title is currently an escritura and can be transfered immediately to a new owner (if a citizen) or to a new fideicomiso. Asking price is $150,000 usd.

It's been awhile since I've been there but it's a beautiful place out in the tranquil setting of Las Playitas/La Pastora. Out of the Maddin Crowd, nuestro Amigo has a great Pacific beach Hideaway! Good luck and some lucky persons will not get a better opportunity like this! :smug: Tio

lowered price

The owner of this gem has just collected his belongings and 2 dogs and set off for his new Caribbean hideaway so just reduced the price on this house to $150,000 usd.
1 acre of titled land with a small home surrounded by mature trees in a setting of utmost tranquility just 200 meters from the high tide line for a great price.
