Thanks for the great photo. I always love seeing wildlife, coyotes included. I find them really amazing, especially in Baja. It is so rugged out
there, it can't be easy. My dog gets so many thorns and stickers in her paws when we're out camping, big, nasty ones. We use pliers and pull thorns
out of out boots every evening. Coyotes are tough for sure. I respect them.

Great photo!
When we were camping on the barrier islands near Lopez Mateos, we were awakened to the sound of coyotes slurping the water off our tent. We just
stayed quiet as they circled the tent. It was quite an experience.

Those coyotes
were looking at some goofy old bird watcher from just over the berm on the Guerrero Negro salt water intake channel about half a mile out of town,
right near the windmill. GN is loaded with migratory birds right now — 46 species in 3 hours, some in the hundreds.
