Beautiful Casita in the Orchards in Mulege $ 50,000


One of the nicest and newest casitas in the Orchards in Mulege.

It comes with a Mexican Corporation and a page on my website that comes up number one when you google Mulege Casitas or Baja Casitas !!

I don't think that it is Tony's. Note the lack of furnishings.

I absolutely agree that many of these casitas are true beauties. Have to admit that I did have some communication with Tony when he was looking to sell a couple of years ago after the second flood. I came "this close". But at the end of the day, I chickened out considering the number of folks who lost their places down there in the river bed.

It could be his .He stated ion a previous post that he moved every thing upstairs as a percaution in case of another flood
