Yeah, I know. I missed my calling. Should have been an editor for the SD Union......I tried but then I passed the IQ test. They said it
wasn't low enough... ......

Looks like the answer is "YES" the Ready Lanes are open in San Ysidro!!

The newer passports have a chip, and can be used in the ready lane. You can tell because the have a marker on the front cover.
