Tripui RV Park Update

Does anyone have an update on the aftermath of the fire at Tripui RV Park?

Here's a link with an aerial photo.

Friends report they are receiving their insurance settlements at full value of claim.
Cleanup proceeds. Rebuilding guidelines have yet to be established as the parties posture positions. Most seem optimistic of
re-establishing a trailer park.
The trees are sprouting and the area is greening giving hope to the rebirth of Tripui. I wish them well.

Who knows...

Well I have to tell you.. Who Knows what is going on..I paid my annual lease payment plus my water..... water/gardening payments just before the fun. I was lucky in the fact I was there at the time of the fire and was able to get my two trucks ,my boat and a neighbors boat out safe...For tomorrow. Have not heard a word from the establishment..I think real quick the money is going to run out, and someone might be looking for thier annual funds to flow thru... This place is owned by an American corporation that is liable in the United States for thier neglagence. Thier assets are held in Bank of America. Those of us that were not covered by insurance need to get off thier butts and do something...Have not heard a word from them on my status of my paid for asset.
