US mail FROM La Paz

Hiya, Nomads in La Paz or southern regions

I have a letter that is urgently needed to be mailed in the US.

Anyone heading north soon who could take it and get it mailed asap NOB,
or is there a mail service down here I could use?

Thanks for your help. Mulegena

Take it to the Loreto airport give it to someone going to the US to mail it for you. Done it many times.

Thanks.
We're in La Paz.
Will try the airport first as this is kinda urgent.
Anyone know the schedule for flights north to USA?

la paz

hola ,,when it's urgent, one is to go to the airport,,find flight,s going north, then go the depature area, and ask a gringo,if theycould ,take north for you and tip them ,,it helps to not have the envolope sealed,so you can show, that its legal and you not, using them as mule to smuggle,,,and if that dosnt work.find marina de la paz, then the club house and ask on the radio,if anyone is flying north today,as per my first post,, 8 to 8:30 is the best time,, on the net,,one of the call's is for mail and another is for departure's,with people flying out , the club has been running mail north and south for, many, many year's and is the best, easy way to go,,bar none... From Club Cruceros or the main office at Marina La Paz there is a run almost daily by sailors who are leaving for the north.

Alternatively there is UPS now throughout Baja and you can send mail via the postal system and it might work.
