Why do they care? It is not a crime for a Mexican to cross the border into the USA. Pangas run $10K per seat now and run full (20 seats) from Popotla nightly. Why chase jet-skis? ;) It's the same as the USBP checking cars for small amounts of drugs when 100 yards away and 4 yards under ground a tunnel with a train track delivers tons of drugs across the border every day. Hard to believe we don't have the technology to find every tunnel.
