Very tasty salad

I made this simple, refreshing and healthy salad that I thought I'd share.
Jicama - peeled
red onion
oranges - peeled
avocado
greens
quality olive oil
chile and lime seasoning - This varies a lot by brand. I've been using the brand Tajin because it's got a heavy lime flavor that I think goes well on the salad.
Thin slice first 4 ingredients and arrange over greens on a platter. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with the chile and lime seasoning.
I had it with tamales I made for Xmas and it goes well with any Mexican food.

Looks good, my girls love their Tajin.

I woke up the other day to find my 8 year-old doing her own Food Network show in the kitchen. She had apples and tangarines cut up in small pieces and was using the measuring spoons to add 1/2 teaspoon of Tajin (a la food network!)...I added some honey to mine and it was very tasty!
