Any recent changes in the San Ysidro crossing South

I am planning on crossing Sat morning about dawn. I will be stopping in the declaration lane to get our FMM and pay whatever duty is levied on some furniture we are bringing down. I know there have been some changes since I last drove down but wanted to make sure that IMN and the bank would still be open at that hour? Is it also open at that hour on Sunday in case we get a delayed start?

last time around 5-6 am the door was closed at the parking area. we walked around to the turnstile and as we passed the guy came out of the parking area office and asked us where we were going? i told him the door was closed and i figured nobody home. keep that in mind. bang on the door if it's closed. the bank is open 24 hours. bang on the window and wake the guy up. they sleep on the floor.

i'm crossing tomorrow 4am but i have 2 months left on my FMM.....
