Manguano/ Fulano twin bother here?

This is pure bullshet Dave, your statement on bartenders.

Just WHAT bars do you hang out at? The back alley joints? Perhaps the topless bars? Maybe behind the mercado with that parking lot bartender serving you up.

Being a NightClub owner for years (and now retired from it)...I knew many Club /Bar owners as I traveled in Mexico in the mid 80's to the late 90's. I still introduce myself as a member of the industry......and co mingle with folks. As one club owner introduces himself to the visiting club's owner.....there is much talk and hosting. It's a ritual in the industry. No club wants drunks staggering out around the floor...much less out the from door. It kills off business, because the patrons leave. They also wont come back. Lost revenue on the long run.

Lost revenue on the long run....that cant be made up by getting a few folks drunk!

Get real Dave. Very few bars /clubs wants stumbling drunks around. But again Dave....what would you know outside of reading thefulanofiles or some posted here that is anti Mexico?

Gringos are alcoholics

1. He wasn't a tourist.

2. Over-drinking is encouraged. I've never seen any social conscience exhibited by a bartender in Mexico. Their goal is to separate you from your money.
