You know, I hope not. The people of Tijuana suffered enough during the last cartel war in TJ. I went thru that crap a few years ago. My brother-in-law's cook was kidnapped and was tortured for a couple days. The perps wanted to know where I lived and thank God he didn't give my family up. I lived in a very nice area called "Lomas Hipodromo" and neighbors started getting kidnapped for ransom or just plain whacked. I made the decision to bug out and now I bypass TJ altogether. Sometimes I will venture to "Villa Fontana" to visit the wife's family.

My undocumented view is it SEEMS to have subsided
over the last 18 mos., I don't have anything to base
that premise on, have walked across to TJ a couple times
in the last yr. Don't know if that PRECEPTION is
accurate
