15 minute ready lane at Otay Mesa yesterday 12:30-12:45. Very short line noticed for pedestrians. Guessing 1 to 1.5 hour wait in the regular lanes.

How do I get a "ready lane" card? Is it the same card for walking or driving across?

Isn't the Passport card the Ready Lane card? Should be the same driving or walking since there's only one Passport card.
