ONLY three sites?
Hard to make a return on investment in a few years. If one puts his own RV in there and manages the park, that leaves only two sites.

Numbers

That asking price is approximately $300 per square meter. That's approaching the price of a lot on Maui. Many, many options at that price.

I'd be interested in what the comps are, but that kind of info is really hard to get in baja.

and pics indicate it is not waterfront,... quite a steep price for a vacant lot!

for that price I can get a nice 1,500 sf cabin on a 1 acre lot in the sierras in california amongst the giant sequoias

RV Park / Building lot Los Barriles

This investment works well for someone who is going to use one RV space and rent the other two out or, if you want to build on the lot. The real value is in the land.

always fun to compare locations.

comparable 1/4 acre lots:

you can buy a view lot in good neighborhood in san diego for 150K or less. this lot in mexico has no view.

you can get a nice view lot in mammoth lakes for under $250K asking price
