awww...he so reminds me of our owl Nico who lived with us..he was a rescue owl and was a fantastic pet who played with the kitties and puppies and kept our patio free of scorpions and centepedes etc. and loved eating fish and jackrabbits.

What happened to your Nico Shari? We had a red tail hawk that was hurt by a cat and he sure ate better than we did :lol::lol:. Luis would get him fresh steak and would feed him the very best. It took him about 3 months to fully recover then we set him free. It was a sweet and sour moment. The boys wanted to keep him as a pet, but we didn't have the heart to see him caged for ever. He flew and stood by a sequoia tree for a while then left and never cam :no:e back. Hope you had an amazing birthday celebration!
