Please DO THIS AT HOME...or come here and do it!

PARTY & BARBEQUE ALERT!

This is perfect for your family reunion, or just a party for friends, neighbors, and fellow beach lovers:

Probably one of the best additions I ever made to mi Coyote Casa was the building of a large enough flagstone patio to comfortably accommodate a ‘ bunch' of people...from 20 to 200.

Secondly, like my casa's new owner, Pier, has done....you should add a large, crank-up barbeque grill that you can fire easily with mesquite or charcoal...forget 'gas'...that will grill up enough fish, meat, or fowl to feed your hungry mob.

Things are sure to happen if you advertise that you have too many baby back ribs and legs of lamb...and you need somebody to help turn the ribs and baste those legs occasionally.

Don't forget to mention the pot luck/side-dish features of these events..and BYOB. BYOB IS NEVER ENOUGH, THOUGH...So...Get out all the coolers you own and fill with Pacificos and chunks of ice. Hint: If you can hold your hand in the cooler's ice water for more than 3 seconds, it's not cold enough yet...

Add some nice raucous music, twenty or thirty various sized dogs, throw in a tomcat for fun, and a peeed-off neighbor you forgot to invite who is asking 'who the hell owns the 30 pickups' parked in his yard... and..Hey!... you're Good To Go.

Now be sure to take lots of photos..so you have plenty of evidence to show to the judge later in court.

Here's the future evidence from Casa Coyote last Sunday, March 4th. No deaths occured during the photography of this event. Except for a caged parakeet and then a guilty-looking tomcat...

Life is good...especially if it's happening in Baja!!

Looks like fun! Too bad our paths never seem to cross in that little bay.

Looks like everyone had a great time, and ate very well! Love the grill! You must miss that place.

I hope Muñoz doesn't see this thread... otherwise he is going to claim that Playa Buenaventura's Mark brought drugs to your party!

I am glad he got to go to the BBQ!

Hola Vince and Gary,

Thanks for the input and see you for the next fiesta at Casa Coyote!

By the way, we're training a grilling apprentice to help out with the next one.

So Stay Hungry! Hey... Maybe some dorado fillets soon??

David K..Both Mark and Olivia made it, but were concerned about leaving their property unguarded. Let's hope that turned out okay for them.

Thanks to all who attended..it was a great time in the Bay again.!
