Best place to eat lobster in Ensenada

A friend of mine is taking a trip to Ensenada and would like to eat some lobster. Any suggestions on good places to go would be greatly appreciated.

Lobster season is over, but it freezes so well that the season being over would not make a difference.

Only because I had a friend that was both, restaurant owner and lobster fisherman, the procedure when done at it's best is to par-boil, then freeze.
