Rustic furniture store in La Paz

We are looking for some "rustic" furniture for our house in Loreto, but it seems that all the stores in La Paz have only "modern" furniture and the segundos mostly have junk. Are there any stores in La Paz that have good quality rustic furniture either new or used??? Thanks

There is a place on the highway going out of town to the south on the east side of the road. As I recall it's orange in color and I believe the name is "rustic furniture" (in Spanish) We bought a bunch of stuff there, good prices and they delivered it to Buena Vista.....they probably don't deliver to Loreto but you never know.....dt

Colibri Muebles Rusticos y Artesanias on the corner of Madero and Independencia in el Centro has lots in stock or you can order from catalogues.

There are several stores that carry rustico furniture. The one on the road headed to Cabo "Alturas" and Colibri have already been noted. If you get to Todo Santos, Barbara at La Canada, just as you come into town has some great pieces. Some of our favorites are the ones made out of recycled worm-wood

There is a factory as you are headed south out of La Paz on HWY 1. There is a large pottery place real close and lots of Segundas in the same area. It is on the east side of the street and may be the same one that DT Bushpilot mentions. They will give you some great package deals and customize things if you want something a little different.
