Yesterday there was one just off shore and I tried out the new P510 camera with the max zoom (1000mm) from the house. Then put it on movie mode and got a decent 1 minute video. Haven't figured out iMovie yet so no video.
Sorry about the size I'll work on that.....

I never even knew what a whale shark was until I saw photos here on BN. I hope to see one in real life someday. Thanks for sharing your cool photos.

I was just in Mulege where we camped at Santispac. Took a panga with Chamanal-Juan Manuel and cruised the Bahias. Coyote has a pet Whale Shark according to our guide and we found him and cruised with him for media hora. Gets you back to Nature, verdad?! I'm glad there are many. Tio
