SENTRI PASS!

Can someone who actually has a Sentri Pass with a Truck and a Camper shell verify this.

I hear so many conflicting stories, I can't even find the info in the ICE info?

All I want to know is can I get a sentri pass with a pick up truck with a camper shell...I will not remove it for a sentri pass.

Thanks all, I know someone hear has the, or a answer.

Thanks Again Baja folks

My Dodge has a snug shell with a Sentri sticker on it. You can't have a camper but a shell isn't a problem.

I think you are fine. I know that I haul my ATV up from Mexico some times and I was told that it is OK to have your truck loaded, but no trailers.

I am guessing that you "may" have to go to secondary, possible.

this is my personal observation

shell=ok
camper=no
trailer=no
dirtbike=???(no one seems to be able to show me that you cant cross with it in the bed, but I have been sent to secondary every time)
cracked windshield=warning
dirty truck=warning

Just out of curiosity, why a warning for a dirty truck?

Maybe I am missing something but why whould they care if you your vehicle was not clean?

Sprocket has it correct....when I had my interview this year; I asked the agent about crossing with ATV's, camping and fishing gear and fish....he said as long as we can see your back license plate you should be okay, we may send you to inspection if we feel we need to. He also mentioned no campers were allowed in the program.
