Punta Bufeo House for sale (PICTURES ADDED)

I am posting this for a friend and this is all the info I have; for more info, the contact phone numbers are listed below.

FOR SALE - Baja House
The house is owned by Dick Miller, who some may remember was a Baja 1000 and
Baja 500 winner in the past and was editor of Motocross Action for many
years. He was also a member of The Checkers. Dick sadly now has Alzheimers
and his son and sister need to sell the house to help pay for his care.

Located in Punta Bufeo, Baja, California, which is approximately 90 miles
south of San Felipe and about 42 miles south of Puertecitos, with new paving
from San Felipe to within 7 miles or less (still a work in progress). The
house is located right on the sand and consists of two lots and comes with a
Boston Whaler boat and a Jeep and a quad (we have no idea what condition
those are in). It is two bedrooms, is furnished and all its contents and
appliances come with the house.

Since it hasn't been used for a few years, it needs some repair, including
new storm shutters, a couple of doors, new batteries and new six volt
batteries. We are asking $50,000 or best offer. The 2012 current taxes of
approximately $1,900 have just been paid.

Contacts: Rick Miller-cell 818-970-1099 or Judy Miller 213-407-7293

I think there are 12 houses on this strip; all are in a row on the sand facing the ocean. Dick's lots are #10 and #11. There is a landing strip where some fly in their own planes. The road there should be entirely paved pretty soon.
