Perfect waves at Cerritos? Don't think so.
Villas at Cerritos? Where? More like standard rooms.
Great beach though, gentle enough waves with shallow sandy bottom extending out to breakers.
Point break with small area taking off's into rocks -- jammed with Mexicans who have the break nailed when it's breaking.
Bought a 36 pesos beer at the bar once -- bartender put salt on the glass and charged another 12 pesos, without asking.

And to think it wasn't all that long ago you could just pull up and camp there. Quite shocking to pull up now and see the scene.
