Beach Shots Bahia Asuncion

That's a fog bank in the background. The kind which makes you wish for a sweatshirt if it comes in with a breeze behind it. Temperature is about 85℉, humidity around 35%, 5mph breeze.

But...but...

That's where the new rib joint and disco are going. Alongside the hock shop and tattoo parlor. And sadly enough those buildings are going to cut off the view from the steps of the drug rehab center.

Then again, for real, there is a small two story hotel being built in between those pictures and we hear that it could be for sale while it is still being built. We find it an interesting idea and nice location.

On edit ----- I forgot to say, those are nice pictures. Thanks!

The hotel could be turned into a 4 room hotel and an 8 room house, Diana.

The guys are doing a very very good job building it.. I've watched the amount of rebar etc... not second rate construction!

God, is going to punish them for blocking my view. I have nick-named the new construction "The Reclusorio" (prison). I hope they like grit and dust, because after a good blow a person will be able to drop seeds, water the tile and grow a garden inside.......mutter......grumble......grobble......grobble.......snort........

Going to plant lots of cholla, and skunkweed. Hire somebody to drag a dead seal up on the beach, make a bunch of foot tall triangles out of plywood, paint 'em black, float 'em on rafts of half full coke bottles maybe a hundred yards out.

That cement pad in the first shot used to be a house and there was a street in front of those houses too...just to give you an idea how that sand bank is eroding away quickly with each big summer swell...wonder why they want to sell that hotel:rolleyes: the locals know! ojo...mucho ojo

And here I thought they would be bragging about surf casting right out the front window. It is so neat how they put the septic right next to the building on the west side -- so green! It's going to save at least forty pesos in the cost of tubo plastico! Green! Yeah! The surf, when the effluent from the hotel hits the ocean!

I love you guys! Every time I found something smart to say you beat me to it?! Septic, zoning, neighborly consideration. Not! You obviously are not talking about the Cartel Hotel a few clicks away?! Nothing like the sound of a cement mixer in the morning. BA Estates--ha, ha, ha! Love ya Doc. IB Rules. Growing pains but not major, I hope. Smiles. Tio
