crosssed at otay, 7/30, 10:00am, sentri lane, 3 minutes, and, new 905 open all the way!!!... SWEEEET!!!!

Yes. Take the 905 east from the 5 or the 805 and cross into Baja at Otay Mesa

very good news. Too bad CBP has totally screwed south bound traffic with their money search checkpoint. San Ysidro is still the best option going south.

CBP does random x-ray screening of southbound vehicles. In 7 years, we have only been screened once, no big deal, about 15 minutes.

They also narrow down southbound to one lane sometimes and ask about 3 questions..........no problems

Otay is still a great way to enter/exit, using Corridor 2000......but, hey....use San Ysidro all you want :lol:
