Trailering a boat in Mex 3?

I've never driven the 3 and was wondering if it's good to pull a trailer up and over?
how tight is it?
how steep?
any thing out of the ordinary?
I know it's Mexico...I know what to typically expect just looking for some insight!!
Thanks

There are two Hwy. 3s in Baja. Tecate to Ensenada and Ensenada to Hwy. 5, 31 miles north of San Felipe. The first has several hilly miles out of Tecate. The second has 20 hilly miles out of Ensenada the the rest is super easy.
