Easy, its Mexico! (They love to prop up dead cattle along roads down there)

More specific? Okay, I will guess in Valle Chico (the valley at the foot of the Sierra San Pedro Martir, south of Diablo Dry Lake.

Have fun, take lots of pictures of the hot springs and hot stream... and if they put up any palapas as reported a couple years ago... ??

There used to be a cow like that at a junction to Santa Gertrudis between San Francisquito and Vizcaino....
