MAG-7 Baja 1000 Pit Volunteers

Hey Nomads,

I am helping organize the MAG-7 Pits for the upcoming Baja 1000 and we still have some spots available for volunteers. It's not a paying gig, but your Pit Captain will feed you while in the pit and you'll get a cool t-shirt for your efforts, and you will most likely be able to get transportation with one of the crews to the pit location. Mechanical experience is a plus, but not mandatory. As long as you have a good attitude, willingness to bust your tail for the duration of the race you would be welcome to join us for a front row seat to all of the action. We will be supporting about 35 racers across most vehicle, motorcycle and quad classes. MAG-7 will have 18 pits from Ensenada down to La Paz. We will have multiple caravans heading to Ensenada from San Diego on Monday the 12th and Tuesday the 13th next week, and most crews will be back in San Diego by Sunday the 18th. If you already live in Baja and want to come out to a pit that would be great too. Check out our pit map below and send me a U2U if you are interested in joining us!

You know you are always welcome to join us DK! My dad and I are both driving down Monday afternoon and we have open seats in our 4Runners. We will be doing Pit 9 near Vizcaino and most likely returning to San Diego on Sunday. Let me know...
