Year's End Yellowtail giants in Asuncion!

Juan & I hope all of you have a wonderful New Years and we wish you all the best in 2013! We look forward to seeing you!

The yellowtail must have big Christmas dinners because they are getting all fattened up! This week's anglers have all caught the biggest yellowtail of their lives up to 40-45 pounds.

David and his daughter Sarah made a great team!

Arturo & Jesse made out like bandits and will be bringing home lots of fish for their friends and family. Arturo laughing a happy fisherman's laugh said "Every time I come here I get the fish of my dreams!!!" ....awesome.

these kids were selling oranges from Vizcaino and stoked to trade some bonita for naranjas!

Nice fish, Shari...I may have to come over there just to catch some nice yellowtail..As of yesterday, no big yellowtail being caught in Loreto, unless you go out 30 to 40 miles..((Or at least none reported))....Enjoyed being in Asuncion in Sep and plan to come back again next year...

Happy New Year to you and Juan....

Like Juan says, they were fishing in the kiitchen today which means real close to home. Today's guys are up for the biggest fish of the year award so far...48.7 lbs, easy limits of big fish and 5 fish over 45 lbs...that is crazy!

here is some fish porn for Stanibuns

But you can bet tomorrows anglers are gonna be trying to beat today's record of the year fish.....tick tick tick...
