Will it turn into another failed venture like the numerous other grand plans up and down the shore around San Felipe? Just curious.

Why do Liberals insist and demand that achievers pay the way for nonachievers who are to lazy to succeed, or are just failures by their own choice?

Criminals prefer unarmed victims, dictators prefer unarmed subjects.

Why do ignorant people continue their blabbering when it only proves to others how stupid they are.

If I new that I would be a far richer man. However, I can tell you that the buzz in SF right now is pretty hot. I don't know what is fact and what is not, but here is what I have heard from some pretty high level political locals:

1. There are 3 planned hotels between San Felipe south to Hwy 1

2. Once the Hwy 5 is done to Hwy 1, all commercial traffic will be routed through SF and not Ensenada.

3. Carlos Slim and others have purchased much of the available ocean front property between SF and Hwy 1

Fact, The Gold Mine north of SF is going gang busters. They are building new buildings like crqzy and the pile of dirt is getting bigger and bigger.

Only time will tell how factually anything is in Mexico

Just got back from San Felipe last week. There is a lot of bigger building going on. Two new stores, a new parts house should be open this week. Talk of a theatre coming into town. Little more building going on near town, houses etc. maybe the slump is over and town will get busy again. The 250 is almost here. Good times for some in San Felipe. . Ill be back down in a few weeks. Adding on to the casita. Need to be there or that. Hopefully it will take several months, right up to May.

Rumor from the south of SF campos is that the yearly lease payments will also explode. But then as you say, "Only time will tell".
