Baja-inspired taco stand to open in NYC

Los Tacos No.1 is set to open this spring in NYC's Chelsea Market. Modeled after Baja taco stands....

This Might Work

Fast, casual, you eat standing up and it's a flavor change from pizza.

Love the photo edit with "Tacos" scrawled across the post.

So, not being a fan of NYC, anyone know what the taco scene is like there?

this will be a HUGE success, I think, because New Yorkers love their fast food, love ethnic and will love tacos.

I agree it could be a big success, as long as the Tacos resemble what we are used to here in Baja and the many really great Tacos stands

we had a Mexican chain restaurant come into Yuma a few months back

Chipotle Mexican Grill

they advertise Gourmet Burritos and Tacos

so the wife and I had to try it out,, OMG was it horrible, I guess if you come from some place in the midwest that has no clue what mexican food is like,
it might be okay,, but really this was just g. d awful terrible
