Fishing license

Checked my fishing license dates and it's up in a week. I got online to print out a new one and remembered a question I had last year and the year before but never got around to asking.

One part of the form asks what zone I will be fishing in. I've always put in "Aguas de jurisdiccion federal" but there is also "Litoral del oceano pacifico" and another about the gulf of mexico. I fish either on the Pacific side or Sea of Cortez.

And, before people start telling me how I should buy where I live....I've spent enough time and money jumping backward and forward through Mexican hoops to pass up the opportunity to do something easy!
