There's no one sitting/standing at the bar drinking & watching the playoff game. Any sunday, let alone a playoff sunday it would be packed. If
you look closely at the right side of the bar, there is a notice saying that Alcohol will not be served after 3pm on Sundays. Scotty wasn't in and
the bartender just said the police came in a few days prior and gave them notice.
What is going on? Does anyone have an answer on this pressing issue the weekend before Superbowl Sunday?

El Candil was closed all three days that I was in Mulege last month.
Plus parking was wide open
Ken was right on the $ with the answer...no customers!
