Drunk Dove Recipe.

Feed them fermented sunflower seeds for two weeks or until plump and weaving...then..'Boom'...

Marinate them whole in applejuice, stuff with jalapeno, and bacon wrap and grill em. A glass of primo red to accompany.

p.s. Extra virgin olive oil and aged balsamic! goes well, too.

You're good to go with the number of birds in your photo, Russ, but remember....Mexico's dove limit is approximately 46 per day including a mixed bag of white wing and morning dove (These limits change yearly)

;D
