I think


I've seen this exposed granite creekbed from Mex 1, but can't remember where. The creek was running to the west or southwest though. :?: :light:

Frigatebird...you've got the direction wired! That IS HWY 1 in the background.
This is a dead giveaway...there is an air field nearby.

Thanks Perry, that's a neat map. Please show or post the front cover info...

That airplane symbol should be on the north side of Rosarito where there is/was a 2,000 ft. east/west strip*, west of the highway and north of the arroyo and big westward curve in the highway.
