Video - Pumping Surf at the Walter Caloca Surf Open at San Miguel

We all had a great time a few weeks back at the Walter Caloca Surf Open at San Miguel. The surf was pumping, the sun was out and the heats had only 4 people in the water at a time...everyone got waves and came in with smiles on their faces. ¡Viva Baja!

The only Walter I'm aware of out that way is Hussong. Is it his name on the event?

Walter Caloca, a founder member of UAPO and Ensenada CETYS student died at 18 yrs. old in a tragic car accident in Ensenada this week. We will dedicate our next U.S/MX surf contest to him (Oct. 2010) He was a great kid with a big heart, he will be missed.
