Lower Ca Guidebook on Ebay!

The 'Baja Bible' by Gerhard & Gulick... The most perfectly written book on Baja geography and history is on the Nomad list of Ebay items tonight: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=450196205...

I have enough copies, so I won't be bidding against anyone!

That's great!!!

It a super reference book to Baja of the golden years (before Hwy. 1 was paved between Colonet and Constitucion).

It was writen as a road guide to the peninsula, but the professionalism and acuracy are second to none.

I hope yours is a good copy. I saw that it is the '67 edition. Which was the final update (notes in the front). It was reprinted in 1970. The maps were finalized in the '62 edition from research done through '61. Things changed so slowly in Baja (in those days) those '61 maps were just great to '71, and beyond on roads other than Hwy. 1.

Don't know what the price was on e-Bay, but there are over 40 copies available at
abebooks.com. Their prices range from $4 for a 4th ed. to $95 for a First Ed.
