San Felipe bank/ATM locations?

From I understand there are only two main banks in San Felipe(bancomer and banamex). I know where bancomer is but where is banamex located? Do they have any offsite ATMs also? Where?

The Banamex is located on the Chetamal,(main street headed toward the water), it is on the right hand side of street just past the Bancomer which is on the left side of street.
I use the Banamex ATM in the lobby. They charge less than Bancomer for obtaining Pesos using your Debit Card.

The grocery store just up from the Banamex, on the main road leading into town, has an ATM. It worked flawlessly for us. The bank down the road during our Jan.-Feb stay, had an ATM that was a disaster any time we tried it. We watched others also walk out of the bank in disgust. We were using a debit card, is that unheard of in BC? We never had a problem with ATM's on the Mainland.

There is also an ATM located by the Palapa Pool on El Dorado Ranch (the main gates to La Ventana or "the beach side". It is, however, connected with Bancomer and the charge to use it is about 5 dollars US. I've never had a problem using it when I've needed to....the usual limit is 5,000 pesos.

They're getting like the rest of Mexico, changing weekly.
Back in April they had a sign posted that they couldn't take the new style electronic debit cards, but that changed within a few days. Wonder if they'll take Citibank debit cards, as that bank is their US partner?
Can you imagine the financial loss to them in not getting all those gringo fees, and dollars.

Bancomer also tried this same move a few months ago but it only lasted like 3 weeks or so & they went back to accepting them. So maybe Banamex changed their minds also?
