Marc, when I came through Mexicali in February, it was 35 minutes and uneventful... well other than the guy that wanted to change my wiper blades and the numerous goodies that were offered in line. JH

According to my border wait app, Mexicali West average wait is 47 minutes, and Mexicali East is 42 minutes. The waits at 0600 were 25 minutes and 15 minutes respectively.

About 1 hour 15 minutes.................arriving around 11 pm. Sometimes 50 minutes.........or it takes about 11 window washings.

East gate is superior.......

Today
Calexico East
We took the Ready Lane due to my new truck and I . don't have it inspected yet for SENTRI approval. 4 months out, YIKES

It took about 1/2 hour using Ready, probably about 45 minutes to 1 hour without Ready

What I found interesting is the lane configurations

1 SENTRI
4 Ready
2 Standard Lanes
