Best happy hour in Ensenada area

You know, sometimes you just need to ask the really important questions. Like, the best happy hour in the Punta Banda and Ensenada area. Or how about where Nomads in these areas may congregate too enlighten one another about the important topics of the day while drinking really cold Mexican beer.

Haven't been in a while, but south of San Quintin, I like Cielito Lindo, 4-5 PM.
That's as close to Ensenada as I'll stop on the way south...

How about happy hours in other parts of Baja?

The term, "Happy Hour" is kinda meaningless around here. Bar operators will have one price on their drinks day and night calling the whole thing Happy Hour. They think we're all stooped and don't get it.

Here in La bocana, happy hour might be at Joaquin's restaurant one night, might be at Chuey's tire shop the next.

the "safety meetings" (naming borrowed from the East Cape happy Hour gang) are held either on Dick's porch (ask any Mexican where Reekee Ricardo lives) or on our porch at the B&B.

Great feedback, and yes let me revise my question to include other great spots though out Baja where important "safety meetings" may occur. This is really important info.
