Whale Sharks-Swimming With

We have heard that there are whale sharks in Gonzaga Bay around Thanksgiving but are not sure of this. In any case, there are several of us that live in Rosarito that would like to swim with whale sharks. We are looking for the best time to try this somewhere on the Sea of Cortez. The further north, the better for us. Any suggestions?

Hey Elmer. I'm in Rosarito right now until Saturday morning. Near Express Tire store. That's on my to-do list for Sunday. I'm having lunch with a fellow Nomad in Ensenada at noon Saturday. Then some shopping before driving down to Coyote Cal's in Erinderia for a night. Leaving early for BOLA Sunday. Feel like caravaning?

I will be arriving at Punta Puffeo just north of Gonzaga Bay on Sunday afternoon after crossing the border at Mexicali. Would really like to swim with the sharks sometime next week but won't be that far south on Sunday.

Are you planning on swimming on Monday? We might be able to make the drive down Monday morning. Its 100 miles of dirt thru Coco's Corner.

Where will you be staying? What are you driving? I will be driving an older silver Range Rover. My name is Ted.
