******bags

For years I have been impressed by some of the Mexican surfers that I have met on the mainland. Now I see some of the same qualities in some of the young locals on the Baja. They are the real thing in surfing. Their combination of commitment, drive and a complete lack of self importance makes them stand out.
Many Americans are the exact opposite. Hence, I post the following article that pretty much sums up the syndrome.
I hope this pastes because it is worth reading:

I was trying to post under the header '******bags' but the web site software edits that out.

a tool is a tool in or out of the water. Actually, that is probably what predisposes their m/o in the water.
