All items in the bakery are affordable...real estate items are good value
Stop by for fresh mini-pies and homemade ice cream anytime. Mago's hand made noodles in the lasagna loaded with her organic veggies is a tasty treat
as well (though to be fair it is hard to live in a tres-leches cake and count on an excellent return on investment or enjoy the sunrises etc).
The distance from the water issue is easily solved if you look at several of our other listings  This is a very nice house for the money and time to construct along with hundreds of details already attended
to add a great deal of value to this offer.

Still available but the bakery is winding down for the summer...
Houses still available from San Bruno to Coyote but you won't be able to get a mini cherry pie with house made ice cream until next season.
