He's an inventor, not a fisherman. It's obvious > a fisherman would keep the hooked fish in the water, move the drone slowly toward the shore and move the fish slowly but steadily up the bank. He does not grasp the concept or connect the machine to an age old process that has provided man with fresh food fish for thousands of years.
