Blue Water and Me by Pendleton Wallace


I devoured this book. The stories get more and more interesting as the book develops. For a fisherman, surely a good read. For those who work the sea, one learns about the unrelenting lure inside your souls. A book about families, dreams, the ups and downs of Life. And a kid who had a larger than life Dad. Lots of boat lingo explained in an easy to understand way. Lots of history around the San Diego, Newport Beach and San Francisco area as well as the adventures of those who went further south.

His Spanish is no bueno, he spent more time with Dad than with Mom, I presume. Sailing, for sure he could but he is busy writing now (((:
