Bus from Cabo airport to Pescadero

Howdy

I'm flying into Cabo next month and would like to take the bus from there to my house in Pescadero. Is there a shuttle from the airport to the bus station? Do I need to take a cab?

Does anyone know the schedule? I've been told the bus runs on the hour every hour from Cabo to La Paz.

Thanks

last i knew, it was a pain to get anywhere from sjd except a hotel that has a shuttle. that said, the only company that runs a shuttle from la paz to san jose airport has at least one trip from the airport back to la paz that goes via Pescadero rather than Los Barriles. http://www.ecobajatours.com/

They also have shuttle service from the Los Cabos airport to Todos Santos/ Pescadero.

?? San Jose del Cabo is the Los Cabos airport. The only airport in Cabos San Lucas is a private one for small aircraft.

Are you talking Pescadero East Cape or Todos Santos?

Your house? Are you renting? I'd ask the owner/agent for their suggestions.

Hope you get your info/answers. Enjoy!

Gracias Tio

I bought a place in Rancho Nuevo after doing the beach camping thing for years. Looking forward to flying down to a house and boat instead of trailering from Idaho. I'm looking at tickets right now and will look you up.

This service picks you up at the airport and will drop you off in Pescadero at the main hi way, you'll need a ride from there to your home. The cost is very affordable about $20. Or you can use other bus or taxi or shuttle service, but why? Check the schedule and make your reservation and buy your tickets in advance and give yourself enough time to get off the plane, clear customs grab luggage and get to the bus, typically ~45-60 minutes.

And if you are confused by the apparently conflicting information you are getting, welcome to Mexico, where what was true for bus service to/from the airport changed significantly THREE TIMES in the mere five years I lived in La Paz. My friend got here not all that long ago, when the bus from La Paz dropped people where the highway meets the airport road, and they walked for an hour to catch a plane! At least, that's how she tells it...

Their is a very affordable shuttle service provided by Eco Baja Tours. I know many people who use them. Check out their website for more info.

Thanks for all the input. I'll check out the ecobaja schedule. I would like to figure this out so I can fly in and get to my house without having someone come pick me up.

Gotta love the Nomads...always so helpful!
