Ligui:
I only have good thoughts about mex/Corp.
Virginia and I went to the Attorney Echiaveria in La Paz and formed Ranchosonrisa as a Corp, operated under it for 35 years never a Problem of any Kind,' Sold 18 Properties under it. Very reasonable fees

All right choice experience here as well.
You will discover advantages as time passes. No fideis is just the beginning.
Get your citizenship and it becomes a game well played,
particularly if you are fond of property.

American by birth, Mexican by choice.

some things to think about...

in your corp...write in ALL the things you COULD do...

sell trinkets...rent lots...storage...sell property...dig ditches...represent others
...teach others...anything... even if you will never do it
you can't change it easily later

then add your accountant to the paperwork so he can represent you each month...remember every month you need to file a report even if you don't make money
and a big report once a year

you need a hacienda (RFC) number...your accountant can assist

there are 2 kinds of corps...stock and ownership...pick one
we have the ownership kind...i'm a general administrator

remember you cant own a house and live in it with a corporation
you need to conduct business if you have a corporation

one day you could get burned
they check...we are checked every year...

Was just thinking "Look us up Sunday". Then remembered we're in Rosarito.
