I got to spend a couple of days there last winter, hung out, fished and enjoyed the neighborhood.
You have some great neighbors, good luck with your sale and I'm sorry bout your husband. RIP

what I understand about the Landlord, is he got into a beef with some of the tenants about signing a new lease

they refused and he went in and took control of there homes and

thru out all of there belonging,, trashed the homes

but again not all was involved,, I have a long time friend that didn't get hit

This was posted over eleven months ago, with no replies, or bumps by the OP.

Do postings in the classified forum ever get purged for non-response?

They upped the camping rate too, and our friends there are happy they didn't get involved with the revolution either

I think it is still listed on the Punts Final website or else that website is sitting idle for months and months. Anyone know?

So does Kevin own all of Punta Final beachfront land or are there other parts he doesn't control?

On the Punta Final website - last updated August 2014 when the properties were seized - this property is reported to have been seized, apparently just a few days after posting. There is an appraisal by VIP Avalulo (or something), all pages of the appraisal are posted on the "properties for sale" link on the PV website.
I'm curious about the current state of affairs. There was an indication on the website that property owners got lawyered up and courts deemed the landlord takeover an illegal seizure.
There are photos of property owners stuff just in piles.
I camped there many years ago. Glad for the memories.
