So if this is a newly built home as you state, perhaps you can explain why The fridge and hot water heater are only a couple of years old.
And if you are serious about selling this, perhaps an asking price and photos would help.

serious interests. Please contact that address. The asking price is $130,000. The appliances that are a couple of years old were bought used,
therefore listed as a couple of years old.
