Driving to Los Cabos Oct. 22

I received word from our gardener that our home survived Odile but not the looters. Lost one 2006 MBZ ML500 among other items from inside the house. Therefore, I will be driving down and it has been a long time since I did that. Question, how does one proceed south from San Ysidro with the toll road closed?

Toll road is clearly and easily marked at La Fonda. Signs just have you use the exit at La Fonda, then you hop on the "Free" road which takes you east a little bit, then it loops back at San Miguel. Very easy, no problemo.

Is it just me, or is driving a MB ML500 just a little ostentatious for the neighborhood???:?:

An eight year old SUV ostentatious? There are far finer vehicles in the neighborhood.

Sorry about the looters - this side of the human soul never fails to astound me.
