Small propane cans

I never see them for sale in Cabo, but is it legal to ship down small cans to work with my foger? We use a shipping company that goes twice a week.

for 20 bucks go to harbour freight and pick up a refill adapter for the small cans. it fills your small cans off the big ones . i only get about 2/3 full but at a fraction of the price . just save your empty's
like beers . fill in the morning when it is cool

How small - 1 lb? Most hardware stores are selling them, even in small towns like Mulege and Sta Rosa.

PS: forgot to tell. If you don't need it to be standing upright, buy LONG blue cylinders, if you can't find fat green ones. Same 1lb propane, same thread. They are used in propane torches.

Yes buy the adapter to refill the small bottles from a larger one. I put them in the freezer for a couple hours before filling. Refill for much less than buying them in MX. (or here in the U.S.) they can be hard to find too especially after the storm. I think you can get the adapters from Cabelas as well. ;)

adapter?

they make an adapter hose that lets you use a 5 gallon take in place of the small individual tanks. May work for your application instead of filling smaller tanks.

.....yes ,,an adapter hose from a larger 'refillable' tank is a good way to go...I'd suggest that refilling the -disposable- 1#ers is risky business--they are NOT DESIGNED FOR REFILLING,,,,some of the valves WILL LEAK :wow::no::no:
