Pre- During- and Post-1000 Photos

Here's a few clumps of photos (including bonus photo spheres) from the B1K, starting with:

Mexico Highways 5 and 1 to Loreto
and
Baja 1000: Prerun and Race**

**I was busy doing race things, so not that many actual race photos.

I have some post race photos which I'll share here in the next few days. Enjoy!

Thanks for the kind words! And thanks to John Langley and COPS Racing - this was my fifth 1000 with the team - always a great experience.

On this trip, like many others, we got a lesson in economics. In San Bruno, where there's zero touristas, ballenas are 2$ each. In comparison to where tourists hang out, a 12oz beer goes for 5$ or more. Morale of the story: stay away from tourists.

Completing the trifecta

Here's a few more photos from my recent Baja trip, covering the portion from Loreto to SoCal. Also includes a few bonus photo spheres and a side trip to Agua Verde. Basic gratuitous Baja photos.

Bonus: A photo cut from the above lineup - taken at 80mph while passing thru Camp Pendleton.
